We are a traditional Brussels house between Place Jourdan and La Chasse in 1040 Etterbeek at 10 min walking from Schuman. We are renting out three rooms in a separate apartment all costs included t o professionals and stagiaires.
The renters share the apartment above ours, which has two bathrooms, a living, a kitchen and a balcony apart from the individual rooms. At the moment, most renters have left to their home countries so that you have a big private space for yourself also outside your room.

A cleaning lady keeps the common areas tidy. You have an equipped kitchen with gas plates and a microwave, wireless internet and TV, iron ironing table, bed linen etc. at your disposal.
Children and cats live below you in the house but don't enter your apartment.
